I'm currently building Opennote, the place where people think, backed by Paul Graham, Acrew Capital, and other amazing people. I was previously studying EECS and Math at UC Irvine.

I'm a bit of a software generalist and care deeply about systems and infrastructure engineering, as well as human-computer interaction.

I've worked with building search, document, and realtime infrastructure, AI agent and autonomous systems, developer tools and APIs, and model development research, to name a few areas.

I occasionally write about things here.

Work

• Opennote (YC S25): Co-Founder & CTO. Built the backend — Search and document infrastructure, AI agents, realtime collab, and developer APIs. 20k+ MAU, raised $4M+.
• Browserbase: First engineer on Director. Built the backend for browser session management and web automation.
• NASA Johnson Space Center: Wrote thruster control algorithms in C for Gateway flight software and designed mission control ops software.

Projects

• Parallel: Human-AI collaboration sandbox for scientific computing. Built my own Jupyter kernel and interface in 8 hours at the Humans&AI Hackathon.
• Polaris: AR spacewalk guidance system. HoloLens2 + mission control console. First-authored paper and raised $8k+ in grants.
• Runway: Vercel for AI models — generate data, fine-tune, and deploy via natural language. Built in 30hrs at TreeHacks.
• wt: Git worktree manager for remote and local agent development.
• ZotConnect: LinkedIn for university research. Best overall at IrvineHacks 2025.
